Demcon Concrete Construction Inc. has come a long way since its inception as a tilt-up and Site Work contractor a decade ago. Principals Derek Leffler and Ed Stoughton represent the highest regard to quality and ethics in the industry, and a host of Concrete and Construction experience that reaches back over 3 decades. The Company has since grown to a gross of over $40 million in sales in the last three years.
Over the years Demcon has acquired a decorative site concrete division, a cast in place structural concrete division, and even a light weight decking division. We are excited about our present potential as we are extremely well positioned to handle a wide range of projects from office buildings and parking structures, to urban high rise structures and everything in between.
Our estimating teams are using the latest in technology in order to assure accurate quantities and unparalleled project insight. Demcon takes pride in always reaching for the next level in order to provide the best of service and efficiency to our valued clients. We have worked hand in hand with Structural Engineers and Architects over the past five years to assist in finding ways to create both value and stream line construction methods in order to reach economic, environmental, and schedule conscious ways of meeting critical project goals. Our principal interest is not just Value Engineering but overall task analysis to find the very best way to meet and exceed our clients and the projects expectations.
Demcon works closely with general contractors and owners to ensure projects are in budget and on schedule. Our experience, in house efficiencies, and synergy with developers and general contracting teams has lead to consistent project success. We are now and have been in this business for years in order to build lasting relationships and networks, not just outstanding projects.
