The JES Story

JES was founded in 1993 by husband and wife team, Jesse Waltz, P.E. and Stella Waltz. JES provides engineered solutions for foundation repair, underpinning, basement waterproofing and crawl space moisture control.

 Since its founding, JES has grown from a one-man operation into a professional team of over 140 foundation, crawl space and basement repair experts.  Every installer and inspector has been extensively trained by our team of Professional Engineers, in addition to manufacturer training and certification. Since 1993, JES has provided over 20,000 engineered solutions for residential and commercial properties.

At JES, we believe you deserve the best solution for your home's problem. In order to provide the best service, solution and product, we have professional engineers on staff. In fact, JES is owned and operated by Professional Engineers. Jesse Waltz, P.E. is the owner and President, Scott Dais, P.E. is the Vice President, and David E. Stinnette, P.E. is the Director of Engineering.

JES uses only the best products, and we're Virginia's largest authorized dealer for Foundation Supportworks™ products, Basement Systems® products, and CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation products.

We operate out of three offices located in Manassas, Chester, and Virginia Beach, and provide services throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC and Northeastern North Carolina. However we're a part of a national foundation and crawl space repair, and basement waterproofing network, so we can help you find the best contractor in your area.

In 2009 Jesse launched a software development company called KBH Business Management Systems and introduced the company's first product, BizWiz®. BizWiz® is an online management operating system designed for the construction and related service industries.
