Sholl Construction Company, Inc.

Sholl Construction has been involved in all phases of construction from new construction to specializing in remedial repairs. Having obtained a California license for electrical contracting in 1979 and then a general contracting license in 1983, we have constructed, remodeled and repaired single family homes along with multifamily structures such as apartments in both southern and northern California. Our company has specialized in structural repairs for homes that are suffering distress due to settlement, earthquake, wind, and fire. We have installed caissons/ grade beam systems, new foundation systems, underpinning and compaction grouting and retaining walls.

For over 25 years we have been specializing in concrete restoration. We have repaired parking structures, bridges, commercial buildings, hi-rise buildings, and all types of concrete structures such as Waste Water Treatment plants, Water treatment plants, concrete tilt-ups, and all types of warehouses.

In addition we also have been involved in construction defect cases providing destructive testing and cost estimates.
