S & F Concrete Contractors Corp.

As president and founder of S&F Concrete, Antonio brings over 50 years of construction experience to the forefront of the company. Antonio is a proud member of Local 51 - Cement Masons, Mr Frias served on the  Massachusetts Workers Compensation  Advisory Council. His hard work and dedication to S&F Concrete has helped build a strong and lasting foundation for years to come. Antonio received his Doctor of Public Administration Honoris Causa from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

For 50 yrs as Vice president and founder, Joseph Frias has had an involvement with virtually all of the S&F projects " actively on site or in the trenches with the men . He has owned and operated S&F Concrete with dignity and pride - putting quality at the top of the list for all projects. Locally, Joseph is a member of the Cement Masons, Local 51, and was a member of Laborers International.

S&F’s President brings over 30 years of construction experience to the table. Prior to his position as President, Rodney was a Field engineer and project manager for S&F, working on projects form 111 Huntington in Boston, Northeastern University Residence Hall, Delta Airlines Terminal A and dozens of other high-profile projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northeastern University, and is a trustee of the Laborers’ Union Pension Fund, New England Laborers’ Apprenticeship, Train & Health & Safety Fund, Massachusetts Construction Advancement Fund and the North Atlantic State Carpenters Benefit Funds. He is also serving on the Board of Directors Building Trades Employment Association

Peter brings 50 years of construction experience to his role as executive vice president at S&F Concrete. He has project managed high-profile and high-recognition jobs that have propelled the company forward, including the Fleet Center in Boston, Carnegie Abbey in Portsmouth, RI and MIT Stata in Cambridge, MA. He holds degrees from Northeastern University and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers

Pat has been part of our team for 35 years. He has been involved in some of S&F’s largest projects and assists with estimating, scheduling and negotiating projects. He works with clients developing unique solutions to resolve scheduling issues, site logistics, and other issues that develop during the construction process. Pat also developed the estimating database that S&F uses today

Bassel has over 30 years of experience, and a structural engineering background in the concrete contractors industry, from estimating to managing. His strongest asset is coming up with a site logical solution for the challenging projects, as well as working on pre construction with the ownership to come out with a  cost saving, while satisfying the structural engineering and architectural requirement
