Diamond Precast Stairs

Diamond Precast, located in Northwest Washington State, manufactures multiple styles of precast concrete stair treads.  We offer precast stairs in a wide variety of finishes, including broom, smooth trowel, exposed aggregate, sandblasted and polished concrete finishes, as well as Davis Colors.  We also offer custom options such as ADA-compliant 2” exposed aggregate strip on a broom finish, luminescent nosings, and aluminum safety nosings.  We supply treads for projects ranging from custom homes, apartment buildings, to medical office buildings, and large high rise buildings.

Flat Stair Treads

Flat Stair Treads are manufactured to exacting industry standards.  Treads narrower than 48” are 2 ½” thick as standard, and 3” thick for treads 48” thru 86”.

Designed with cost in mind, the basic open riser tread is functional yet visually pleasing.  

Diamond Precast Stairs fabricates custom, once off pieces for the discerning customer, yet is able to fabricate thousands of treads for apartment complexes, mixed use projects and commercial buildings.

Treads can be manufactured to spec and code realizing architectural aesthetics.

Half  Riser Stair Treads

Half Riser Stair Treads are manufactured to exacting industry standards.  Treads narrower than 48 as a standard are 2 ½ thick and 3 thick for treads 48 thru 86.  
Designed with cost in mind, the basic half riser tread is functional yet visually pleasing.  
Treads can be manufactured to spec and code, realizing architectural aesthetics. 

Closed Riser Stair Treads

Closed Riser Stair Treads are manufactured to exacting industry standards.  Treads narrower than 48 as a standard are 2 ½ thick and 3 thick for treads 48 thru 86.  
Designed with cost in mind, the basic closed riser tread is functional yet visually pleasing.  
Treads can be manufactured to spec and code, realizing architectural aesthetics. 

Cantilever Stair Treads

Cantilever Stair Treads are supported by a single 4" or 6" OD beam.  Weld plates for railing attachment are optional.  Installation is designed to be simple, single stringer, available in closed or open riser style and they are independent of building structure.

Zip Treads

ZIP Treads provide a cost effective alternative to pour in place treads.  Using ZIP Treads means no clean up or finishing, the stairway is ready to use providing instant access for your project.  

ZIP Treads can be installed quickly with less labor cost to your company, installation as fast as 150 treads in 6 hours with a 2 man crew.

ZIP Treads arrive at the job site ready to install, they are lightweight compared with other precast units.
