Multi-family housing projects across the Southern California have benefited from Hi-Tech Gypsum's expert consultations and installation techniques. We have the knowledge to correct and solve problems for general contractors and building owners on challenging issues such as sound control in multi-family construction. We also help find sound control solutions with the assistance of Hacker Sound Consultants to create the upscale living environments demanded by Southern California's rental community. Another specialty of Hi-Tech Gypsum is the installation of Hacker Floor Underlayments in level-ups, renovation and repair projects. We are adept at providing floor underlayment solutions in diverse projects such as leveling uneven concrete in 24-story high-rise buildings, creating firm, flat surfaces in sprawling malls and upscale restaurants and providing the extra firmness and sound control required in custom, luxury homes.
