West Palm Beach was one of the spots for a successful Alston Construction retail project.
The Shoppes at Southern Palms is a 230,000-square-foot, 25-acre retail center in West Palm Beach, Florida. The shell construction consisted of tilt-wall concrete panels and incorporated a brick inlay in lieu of brick masonry. This technique achieved the same look while avoiding the unnecessary construction materials costs. This design-build project was on-time and on-budget and is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods and Kohl’s stores.
