Our Story

Highland Construction LLC is a family owned and operated local company, established in 2001.  At Highland we take pride in our efficient, quality service for residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout New Castle County and the surrounding Tri-State area for the last 17 years. While most companies have a singular focus, we work with a variety of materials to simplify your search for any concrete or asphalt job. Our experienced staff operates with integrity, following the lead of our owner, who started the company out of the back of a single pick-up truck.  Our commitment to excellence can be measured by our consistent growth of our staff and equipment as well as our 4-bay shop with a Class A Mechanic that does all the trucks servicing.  The owner’s drive and no-nonsense work ethic has gained him respect and recognition within his field as well as within the community. He is definitely a “does-what-he-says” type of man.
