Our Story

Not all paving businesses are created equal. When it comes to your home or business, you want an asphalt and concrete company that does the job right, the first time. A. DeLuca Paving is a family affair, with fathers passing the trade to their sons for generations. A result of professional experience and personal care, our company’s longevity and expertise have made us the best paving service in New Jersey and the surrounding area.

Our company legacy began with family founder, Joe DeLuca, who came to America from Italy in 1913. Founding a successful construction business, Joe quickly earned a reputation for durable and aesthetically pleasing paving, masonry and stonework results. His business ethics were simple: do it right the first time—and let your satisfied customers serve as the badge of your success.

Joe’s nephew Anthony took those lessons to heart when he established Summit, New Jersey’s A. DeLuca Paving in 1969. The extra attention he lent to each project was evident, and he soon lifted his business above and beyond the competition. Anthony’s sons, Frank and John, soon picked up the mantle, and today, our family tradition of quality, integrity and commitment continues in each and every project we undertake.

Collaborating with engineers, property managers and developers, A. Deluca Paving can help you customize a maintenance program that ensures the safety and performance of your facility’s asphalt, concrete and stonework surfaces. Every commercial and residential project is carefully supervised by a DeLuca family member, and our team of paving specialists works diligently to exceed your expectations and quality standards. In addition, our fleet of professional paving and masonry vehicles is personally maintained to function at the highest possible level, every day. It’s all part of the Deluca Difference—and it’s what keeps our customers coming back.

Whether you’re a homeowner requiring an attractive, functional retaining wall, a facility in need of a large-scale parking lot or a landlord planning for driveway repairs, A.DeLuca Paving has the expertise you need to make your vision a reality. Call us now to schedule a residential project consultation, inquire about pricing or discuss ongoing maintenance work for your commercial or industrial property.
