Our Story

BRJ Paving Incorporated has been a successful paving and heavy construction company beginning in 1988 with a management and staff comprising over 100 years of construction experience. Customers include federal agencies such as the Navy , Army, Air National Guard, Air Force, National Guard. Included in our list of clients are municipalities, DFW International Airport, School Districts in the metroplex as both Subcontractor and General Contractor.

BRJ Paving has been constructing quality projects for a variety of clients since 1988. Not only have we built projects, but we have also built a history of relationships with repeat customers including US Army Corps of Engineers, US Armed Forces, Army National Guard, RSMS, Saginaw, and private contractors such as KBR, Skanska USA, Harrison, Walker, and Harper and Ambreco Inc. Quality construction is the result of clear, effective communication throughout every phase of a project, from conception to completion. We maintain a corporate policy of deliberate attention to each project, regardless of size.

We are a woman owned company. We are a participant in the SBA 8(a) program, and certified as an 8(m) WOSB and 8(E) EDWOSB with the SBA. We are a State of Texas HUB and have been certified by NCTRCA since 2000.
