Our Story

Frank Paladino has noticed sidewalks since he was a child, looking at jobs with his father in Brooklyn. His hope was that someday the company would grow big enough to work on large commercial concrete jobs in Manhattan, and turn a small neighborhood business into a corporation. His father never got that opportunity because he died very young and left 18-year-old Frank to carry on.

Today, as president of Paladino Construction Enterprises, Inc., one of the city's oldest site work contractors, he is proud of the fact that Paladino is one of most respected concrete contractors in New York. His clients are some of the largest building management and real estate companies in New York City.

Although he's come a long way from his days as a neighborhood contractor, Frank hasn't forgotten his roots. As president and co-founder of the development firm Pal Builders, he is presently building 40 two-family homes in the old neighborhood. Over the years, Mr. Paladino has invested in numerous real estate holdings, and continues to do so.

His attention to detail for all of his jobs is unsurpassed. He admits to being very fussy. Timing is crucial in his business. All projects must be completed on time and within budget without compromising the quality of the work.

Frank Paladino's reputation has been proven by his dedicated and loyal customers, who have nicknamed him "The Expert."
