The concrete and material field inspectors were always knowledgeable, courteous and approachable. They answered questions and followed up well. Vald is a good competent inspector. We struggled with having a competent soils inspector in the beginning and went through a few different people which was a struggle. In the end the right person was found. Belemwo Assam was very very good. He was very knowledgeable and took his job seriously. I liked working with him and Vald because they were competent and knowledgeable.
