Scope Of Work
This is a unique and extensive project which DeAndrea has been chosen to take the lead on.
In order to give this property a new look, Andrew Calerich has contracted DeAndrea to reconstruct the parking lot and surrounding landscape located in the front of this facility. The scope of work includes asphalt removal, grading and excavation, and concrete pour back and asphalt patch back. In addition, DeAndrea is providing a significant amount of landscaping by providing and placing shrubbery around the parking lot area.
