Our Story

Since 1998, the professionals at CMS Logistics have committed themselves to saving time, money, and aggravation in the busy lives of construction managers.  Leveraging over 100 years of experience in dumpster rental services, portable toilet systems, and temporary jobsite trailer rentals, CMS has created the perfect blend of turnkey, one-stop "jobsite logistics" expertise.

Our team has deployed over 250,000 roll-off dumpsters since starting their careers at both local, privately-owned companies as well as large, publicly-held companies.  Over the years we have invested heavily in custom, proprietary software systems and painstakenly pre-screened over 4,000 local service providers throughout the United States, enabling us to deliver extremely competitive pricing and unparralleled responsiveness and reliability.

OUR LOCATIONS

From our Wilmington, Delaware corporate headquarters we operate our national accounts division, which focuses explicitly on supporting national contractors' unique needs.  Over the past few years we have added locations in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jupiter, Florida, and Dallas, Texas further enhancing our industry-leading responsiveness.

OUR SWEET SPOT

Although we service all sorts of commercial contractors, ranging from the likes of Turner, Skanska, and Tishman to the small-business, local home remodeler, the fact is that our growing base of loyal customers, though national in scope, specialize in the types of jobs that require them to be in one area for short periods of times.  These are national roofers, synthetic turf installers, those companies specializing in retail construction (chain stores, restaurants, etc.), and many other obscure specilized trades in the oil and gas industry and cellular tower support trades.

WHAT WE DO

In short, we make our client's lives easier.  How can arranging dumpster deliveries, for example, make anyone's "lives better", one may wonder.  Well, we hardly knew exactly what value we were adding to our customers' lives until one fateful day back in 2006 when one of our local customers in Delaware and Pennsylvania asked us if we'd be interested in performing a job several states away.  Well, since our local trucking company could not perform that work, we hit the phones and before long found who we were convinced was a respectable company that would perform services at a price and with the attention to detail that our local customer had come to expect from us over the years.

We rolled the dice, set up the job, and after things went smoothly, that very same customer asked to repeat things half-way across the country in Colorado.  Even then we didn't realize how to define the "value" we had all of a sudden delivered to this company.  So we asked them.  What they quickly replied has been echoed over and over again with each new referral and each new client we attract.  To a person, these folks boil down their undying loyalty into phrases like "constent", "fast", "convenient", "competitive", and "reliable".
