Arizona Polymer Flooring (APF) is a manufacturer of high-performance flooring products and concrete coating systems. The company was founded in 1985 by Dean and Carol Owen, two flooring contractors in the Phoenix area who sought out superior concrete coating products that could withstand the extreme desert heat. Unsatisfied with current market offerings when it came to quality, performance and aesthetics, they researched and developed a series of product lines themselves. The Owens quickly gained a reputation for providing high-quality, durable products and systems with first-rate customer service.

Since the early days, Daniel Owen, Dean and Carol’s son, has played a role in maintaining and ultimately growing the business. He received a one-of-a-kind education during his childhood and as a young adult, working in virtually every department of the business. During his six years as vice president, he was instrumental to positioning the company as an emerging industry leader nationwide. In May of 2013, after years of effectively running APF under Dean and Carol's ownership, Daniel and his wife Leane purchased the business and became the owners of APF. As President, Daniel focuses his attention on business development and product innovation while Leane, focuses on corporate branding, communications, product positioning and internal processes as director of marketing. 

Their combined efforts over the years have broadened APF's reach and contributed to the company's success.

A key outcome of Daniel and Leane’s commitment to innovation was the acquisition of Super-Krete International in 2016, a manufacturer of decorative concrete and concrete repair solutions. The two companies shared similar histories, values, expertise and a strong commitment to customer service. Recognizing the synergies, leaders of APF and Super-Krete International saw the value in joining forces. Today, Super-Krete® Products is a thriving brand within APF’s comprehensive line of products and systems.
