Scope Of Work

The newly constructed SCSU Science building is placed in the top one third most sustainably designed building in Connecticut.  The modern, energy efficient 103,608 sq. foot building boasts of two 50 student classrooms, a conference room and study areas, a salt water aquaria room, an outdoor rock garden, an outdoor fountain that runs on recycled water and much more! The L-shaped, 4 story building is where students will study STEM disciplines – science, technology, engineering and mathematics and gather much inspiration from the natural environment that surrounds them.
