Given the hard bid delivery of the job it's difficult to accurately rate Preconstruction and Estimating services. RTL did a good job of helping keep a fast paced project on schedule and responded to changes well. Overall the quality of work was high and any deficiencies were corrected accordingly. Working with RTL was a positive experience and I would definitely partner with them again.

Overall the site personnel have been easy to work with and accommodating when properly supported by the office. Administratively I have issues receiving pricing for additional work, requests for additional man power go unanswered, and field work orders not being submitted in a timely manner. There has been no representation at the construction meetings either.
