Founded in 1914 by Max Pernikoff, Pernikoff Construction Company has grown from storefront renovations to a full-service commercial and custom residential contractor in the greater St. Louis Metropolitan area with the ability to offer a wide range of services to local, regional, and national clients.

Pernikoff Construction Company is a general contracting firm specializing in building renovations, tenant interiors, medical facilities, new free-standing buildings, restaurants, retail, insurance renovations, custom residential additions and interiors, and design-build construction services. Pernikoff’s expertise in construction, estimating and value engineering, project management, scheduling, and knowledge of finish options has allowed us to work on some very unique construction projects. As year 2018 approaches, Pernikoff will be entering our 104th year in business, still owned and operated by the Pernikoff family.
