Our Story

Established in January of 2004, our “Specialty” is Concrete Curbing. One of our specialties is Extruded concrete curbing. The process is simple and fast. No form cluttered job sites, no excavation, no back filling and compacting. The concrete is poured directly into the curb machine, which is then extruded through a mold of choice and adhered to the asphalt. This can be used on both finish course and binder course.

We also perform a process which is called trench curbing. With this process you would saw cut the asphalt about 1” behind established face of curb then excavate a trench to the desired depth to achieve full depth curb after paving.

Our extruded curb is adhered right to the pavement with one of a two different types of adhesives: latex or a two part epoxy, whichever is more appropriate for that particular job. We use only the top of the line adhesives, curing compounds, and concrete products. We also provide you with a written warranty, guaranteed to stick to the pavement. If by chance the 4000 lb with fiber-mesh concrete curb mix is displaced, without removing the pavement with it, we replace it absolutely free.

The newest addition to Natale Concrete Construction is our “Power Curber 5700 Super B” and the installation of 18” Slip Form Concrete Curbing and Slip Form Concrete Curb & Gutter. The Slip Form Curb & Gutter can be poured in a three foot radius and 18”stand up curb in a three foot radius as well. This process of Slip Form Curbing can be applied to a subgrade and a process gravel grade and also in a trench. This process also ensures no stacks of precast curb or form cluttered job sites, a higher production rate and a choice of molds and still using top of the line concrete products and curing compounds.

The demand to complete projects on time and within budget can be very stressful. With this special process it will help assure that this aspect of the job is completed on time or even weeks earlier than if you used pre-cast or poured in place curb. It could also help the rest of the job maintain its schedule. Furthermore by choosing this process you will be able to handle those design changes that suddenly occur during layout.  Recap: more productive, cost effective, very durable, less headache, very esthetically pleasing to the eye.

We at Natale Concrete Construction are a family owned and operated business and have over 90 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry and we take great pride in our work, as I’m sure you do as well. So call the experts and let a member of my family explain just how effective our product can be.

Thank you.
