2004 was JRWFS's first Nordstrom's seismic upgrade at South Coast Plaza utilizing electric equipment with Riverside and Santa Barbara to soon follow.  These projects assisted in perfecting the Helical Pulldown Micropile and combined with other methods, JRWFS has been involved in numerous design build seismic and deep foundation projects to include: LAX Theme Bldg., LA Museum of Natural History, LA County Sheriff's Biscailuz Training Center, Alex Theater, Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center, Lexus of Cerritos, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, Stater Brothers, Lido Marina Village, Santa Ana River Intersection project (SARI) and numerous Cell Towers throughout California.

JRWFS has expanded their services to include design build for: limited access caisson drilling, slope stabilization, soil retention, soil nails, tie-backs, shoring / lagging, LoDrill services, Hollow Bar, Drifting, Micropiles (DTH/casing to 12") all with in house drilling, mixing, grouting and pumping services.
