Our Story

Park Range is a licensed general contractor known as a foundation support specialist!   We are a certified M/WBE, DBE and SBE contractor and specialize in the installation of helical piers and micropiles.  We have completed thousands of jobs over the last 35 years along the Front Range of Colorado as well as in Wyoming, Montana, Utah and New Mexico. Our customers include general contractors, insurance companies, home builders, engineers (including but not limited to structural engineers, consulting engineers, geotechnical engineers and civil engineers), attorneys, government entities, management companies and HOA's.

As foundation specialists, we install and repair foundation support systems which include resistance piers/push piers, helical piers / helical piles / anchors and micropiles, soil nails and tiebacks as well as structural repairs.  In addition we perform warranty repairs and replacement of structural support systems for commercial, residential, multi-family and government structures.

In addition to repairs, Park Range Construction provides services for new construction, additions, remodeling, renovation and tenant finishing. The experts at Park Range Construction understand the needs of the builders, engineers and business owners and are sensitive to the expectations of homeowners.

Park Range is a licensed, insured and bondable general contractor.

We are a highly competent team of estimators, project managers, on-site supervisors and qualified crews equipped to provide excellent quality and service. Our staff provides all scheduling and communication between the home owners/customer and engineer/architect.  We perform our repairs based on licensed structural engineer specifications, if you do not already have a structural engineer / civil engineer, please contact us for a referral at 303-781-8936.
