Our Story

Hampton Technical Services, Inc. (HTS) provides high-quality BUSINESS TELEPHONE SYSTEMS sales, installation, programming and repairs and has done so for over two decades, founded in 1986 by Richard and Lynda Gibbons.

HTS provides full-service installation of low-voltage multi-line business telephone systems:  Auto Attendant/ Voicemail, Paging, Music/Message-on-Hold, Call Accounting and Routing systems.  We offer a broad selection of products with applications ranging from commercial to high-end residential uses.

We also sell and install SECURITY CAMERAS for your home or office. 

To ensure accurate and dependable computing in multi-user environments, we also install and service Layer One Data network cabling, fiber optic cable, as well as peripheral electronic devices. 

Our comprehensive services are customized to suit small, medium or large businesses.  We provide quality systems from Portland, ME all the way to the Boston suburbs and west to Tewksbury, MA, as well as Manchester and Concord, NH

HTS technicians average over twenty years of experience each.  Our most senior tech has an impressive four-decade track record.  All of our technicians have certifications and factory training from well-known brands, such as Avaya/Lucent, Panasonic, Mitel, Nortel, Samsung, Inter-tel, Adtran and Valcom.
