Our Story

ProTec has been serving the Silicon Valley and the Sacramento  areas for 15 years. We are a full service communications company and are able to provide solutions for cabling infrastructure, telephone systems, networking systems Voice and Data Carrier Services from leading service providers and even a total converged phone, data and cellular service all on one bill thanks to our being an authorized eTelCom reseller.

Our Design and Engineering team have over 150 years of combined experience in the communications industry. Our technicians are expertly trained in all aspects of the business and are provided regular refresher training and new product training on an as needed basis. We offer flexible payment plans, including a leasing program to tailor your needs, and we accept most major credit cards. As a eTelCom authorized Reseller ProTec is able to offer a full spectrum of comprehensive business applications. ProTec’s field employees are covered under collective bargaining agreement with Communications Workers of America (CWA) Local 9423

Policies and Procedures

It is ProTec’s policy to provide the required response times to meet our customers needs. ProTec warrants active components for the full factory warranty and provides full and partial extended warranties. ProTec further warrants cabling products for a period of 20 years.

We specialize in providing our customers with the right fit for their Voice Long Distance and Data needs. As well as a suite of business services such as Remote File Backup, Fax to Email and Hosted MS Exchange. Representing industry leaders such as Windstream, Comcast, and AT&T we can provide Voice, Internet  and Data connectivity to your business networks.
