About Us

Since 1985, Apple Maintenance Services, Inc. (AMSI), a Family-owned, MBE Certified Cleaning Contractor based out of Westchester County, New York, has been providing commercial cleaning services throughout the Tri-State Area (NY/NJ/CT).  AMSI, having a strong focus on Building Management & Custodial Services and Post-Construction Cleaning Services, has ample experience working with Facility Managers and Construction Industry Contractors.  Furthermore, AMSI counts Grocery Stores, Private Fitness Centers, Municipal Buildings, and School Districts amongst its long list of clients.

Apple Maintenance’s clientele ranges from smaller private companies, to larger public contracts. Our list of services also has a wide range, from specialized services like stripping & waxing, carpet cleaning, and fumigation, to routine cleaning such as nightly classroom/office cleaning, including dusting, wiping down tables, emptying garbage disposals, vacuuming, dust & wet mopping, and more. With decades of experience in a wide array of services, we can be sure to find a solution for whatever janitorial or sanitation obstacles.
