As the President of Headwaters Construction, Inc., Norm brings to the table more than 40+ years of top tier experience in the construction industry. Norm’s construction background spans a variety of projects including constructing tilt concrete buildings, office buildings, general engineering construction of roads and sewer interceptors, geriatric and cardiac hospital units (Centinela Hospital, Inglewood, Ca.), multiple stadium seat movie theaters (Regal Cinemas), Apartment buildings, shopping centers, and numerous restaurants. Before he began managing the daily construction activities of Headwaters Construction, Norm was the manager of the Northern California division of Day Construction.

Richard began his career with Headwaters 2003.  Since that time, Richard climbed his way up ladder our company becoming our current as well as our Superintendent, overseeing our field .  He has a strong, solid background with over 30 years experience .  He is especially well versed concrete framing.  Richard has been instrumental in creating methods means for design build saving our client’s money through design process.  He has a passion for what he does takes a personal approach to every he is involved with.
