InterWorks, LLC is a construction services company performing as a general contractor and construction manager in commercial and residential remodeling and renovation. InterWorks, LLC was founded in 1994 by Jim Kitchin, who has over 25 years experience in residential and commercial construction, including 18 years as a partner or owner of a construction services company. Debbie Kitchin joined the company in 1996 with a background in finance, marketing and economic analysis.

InterWorks, LLC is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, Portland Chamber of Commerce, Oregon Remodelers Association, and the Central Eastside Industrial Council. Debbie Kitchin is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women-Portland and is on the board of directors. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Northwest Regional Economic Conference.
