Scope Of Work
For the Thortex manufacturing facility, KeyWay constructed a 30,000 square-foot concrete tilt-up building shell to house the fabrication of a variety of human prostheses. Construction included site improvements, expansive outdoor employee lounge area with fountain, several loading docks and above grade ramped loading dock. The warehouse was built out with plumbing, mechanical and electrical support for the numerous pieces of specialized medical manufacturing equipment, including a storage mezzanine. Interior improvements included 7,000 square feet of finished office space for the management and administration staff.
