Scope Of Work
The endeavor included seven buildings for MARSOC, totaling 229,000 square feet. All facilities are situated on a 33-acre parcel in Camp Pendleton. The buildings are: Headquarters Operations Facility, Academic Instruction Building, Paraloft, Motor Transportation Facility (Motor-T), Armory, Supply/Storage Warehouse, and Gas Chamber. Each facility is ADA compliant. The largest among them is the nearly 90,000 square foot, two-story, high security Headquarters building. This project also includes a fire pump building, large central plant that includes a 10,000 gallon fuel storage tank, and a 200,000 gallon water tank.
