Cardinal Construction

Cardinal Construction has been an active member of the Fond du Lac community for 27 years. We have served the commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, religious, recreation & private sectors in our community proudly. As we celebrate 27 years in the construction industry, we thought that this would be an excellent opportunity to reflect on our progress.

Dick Cardinal started the company in 1980 in a 10' x 10' bedroom in his home with himself as the only employee. In 1984, he moved the company to 66 E. Scott Street to house the growing business. In 1991, he made another move to our current location on Industrial Parkway. In 2002, we expanded our offices to what we thought would accommodate us for years to come. Less than three years later, we completed another office expansion. What started out as a one-man operation, currently employs an office staff of 5 and field staff of 20-50.
