Scope Of Work

The management team at Heritage Credit Union identified Prairie du Sac as an underserved segment of their market and chose to increase their footprint in that area.  They partnered with La Macchia Group who identified a prime location and negotiated the costs and terms of the lease.  La Macchia Group knew the number one goal of the credit union was to create a facility that stood out from the rest of the financial institutions in Prairie du Sac.  Another goal was to have it become a gathering place for the community.  This would require an extensive build out of the facility to create the environment and achieve the targeted results.  Through La Macchia Group’s partnered approach with the Credit Union marketing team, the design was able to achieve that goal by incorporating features such as a café concept, teller pods, and communal area into their new branch.

The result is a location that is lauded by both the membership and employees alike.  It is a warm and inviting environment that has turned out to be a very profitable venture for the credit union.
