La Macchia Group LLC

La Macchia Group was founded in 2002 by Ralph and Mary Lou La Macchia. They had a mission of providing a complete and unique design/build consulting solution for financial institutions. Before La Macchia Group was established, Ralph worked in the construction industry managing financial institution projects and Mary Lou, a CPA, worked as a CFO in financial institutions for many years. Together they began this journey and have since expanded the team to include only the highest quality, experienced individuals who share the same values and passion to grow their clients’ businesses.
