De Sapio Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated construction business specializing in commercial, institutional and industrial buildings of all sizes.  In addition to Construction Management, Design Buildand Property Management / Maintenance services we are also  General Contractors routinely performing excavation, concrete, masonry, rough and finish carpentry work with our own forces.  For this reason our proposals are quite competitive.

We believe that our hands-on management style has been one of the keys to our success.  We personally see to it that experienced craftsmen and quality materials meet all our clients’ design and construction needs.

Over the 60+ years our family has been building contractors , we have constructed various projects in both the public and private sector such as Municipal buildings, Churches, Schools, Office Buildings, Banks, Manufacturing Plants, Warehousing, Parks, Bridges, Roads and various other Site Construction Projects.  Our firm has experience in all phases of the construction process including, site location and planning, approval process, design phase, construction, site and building maintenance. We are pre-qualified with the State of New Jersey for up to $12 million and NJ SDA Certified Contractor.  We are also a Category 5 approved Small Business Enterprise.

We are located in Kingwood Township, Hunterdon County. Our service area includes Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset and Warren counties in Central New Jersey.
