Scope Of Work
Autumn Glen Senior Living is a 100 unit senior campus with underground heated parking. The three-story building features 32 independent, 36 assisted living and 32 memory care units plus a guest room. The building has numerous common spaces including multiple lounges, four dining rooms, private family dining room, fitness center, beauty/barber shop, coffee shop, pantry, massive library, huge multi-purpose room with theater accommodations, secure garden areas, gazebo, outside covered patio/porch and more. Incorporated into the building is a private TV system and HealthSense, a state-of-art nurse call system that can monitor all activity of the residents. The building is managed by Guardian Angels Senior Services out of Elk River.
