Corporation Of America was encountering significant problems accommodating larger trailers at their facility, which caused significant delays and operational problems.
- Smith Construction Group designed, secured permits, removed the existing asphalt dock areas and constructed a new retaining wall
- An enlarged truck entry was built, along with a regrading of the entry approach; this resulted in a decreased trailer load/ unload time and improved ease of entry
- Smith Construction Group designed and poured the foundation for a recently removed silo inside the building
