Scope Of Work
The owners of this home had a unique situation that seemed insurmountable at first. They loved their neighborhood and yard, but their 1950s ranch-style home was severely outdated. To add to the problem, the home was situated on the lot in such a way that created a large front yard but a nonexistent backyard. The solution: move the existing house and donate it (saving demolition costs) and rebuild a new home on the lot to meet the exact specifications of the owners. The results were just right for this family and another example of how Archwood identifies and executes creative solutions for our homeowners.
