John has spent the past 20 years in construction dedicated exclusively to healthcare. He has been instrumental in the development of many of our long-term client relationships, including Beaumont Health and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. 

Over the course of his career, John has been involved in themanagement of more than $200 million of healthcare projects including the successful delivery of many of our most complex projects. These include a gamma knife renovation, pharmacy robotics renovation, and a three-year / multi-phased long range surgery expansion. John’s business acumen combined with his experience in successful project execution positions him to lead AIMS into new client relationships and geographies. 

John holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and lives in Grosse Pointe, Michigan with his wife Jennifer and three children.

Tim began his career as a summer painter for AIMS while he pursued a degree in Business Communications / Marketing from Ohio State University. He joined AIMS in the role of business development where he quickly recognized the need for contractors that specialized in the less-glamorous, but equally critical, renovation projects that keep healthcare operations successful. He was influential in targeting this niche market, and has helped guide AIMS to become among the most respectedconstruction firms in the Great Lakes area. 

Under his leadership, AIMS became a model for a higher level of service to healthcare and higher education clients. Tim is passionate in his belief that AIMS should be a trusted project delivery advisor for clients. He is focused on building relationships from a foundation of trust, and is a strong promoter of communication, collaboration, efficiency and safety.

?Tim is a passionate sports fan. When he is not cheering on his alma mater, you will find him on the ice playing in the Over 40 hockey league or on the links with his wife, Sharon.

With more than 28 years of experience in project leadership, Mike has proven himself a valuable asset to AIMS clients in Pittsburgh. He has experience in every facet of the industry including architecture, facility management, real estate development, owner representation and construction. Prior to joining AIMS, Mike was the Vice President of a regional contractor. His vast knowledge of the Pittsburgh market, combined with his extensive experience in design andconstruction, makes him invaluable in communicating with all levels of a project team and developing reliable, detailed project plans. 

Mike holds a BA degree from Kent State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Mike is a registered architect in three states, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and has his OSHA 10 and ICRA 8 Certifications. ?He has spent his entire career in the Pittsburgh market. He is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh and is active on the Board of Communities in Schools of Pittsburgh. Outside the community, Mike likes to travel, hike, mountain bike, and ski with his wife and two sons.

Similar to many AIMS employees, Mike came aboard in the field as a driver, delivering materials to job sites. That was 1994. He moved to supervision, then to Project Management and now has spent more than 20 years delivering results to his clients. 

Mike has experienced the needs of his clients in the field and at the plan table. He has an uncanny ability to understand the needs of the user groups, the facilities staff and administration. In 2017 Mike was elevated to Vice President of Operations for the Michigan marketplace. As VP of Operations, Mike has complete oversight of field and office operations as it relates to projects and customer service.
