A. P. Whitaker & Sons, Inc., is one of the foremost family-owned and operated General Building Contractors in New England.

     A. P. Whitaker & Sons, Inc., was founded in 1955 by Albert P. Whitaker, Sr., and his sons. The year 2018 marks our 63rd continuous year in business.  Initially concentrating on government building and renovation projects, operations expanded under Albert P. Whitaker, Jr., and Wayne C. Whitaker to include a wide array of construction projects of all sizes from simple warehouses to the most ornate churches.

Since 1997, the business has been owned and operated by the third generation, Allen and Norman Whitaker.  They continue to expand the operations of the firm while ensuring personal attention to each project.

Numerous repeat clients, including churches, banks, hotels and supermarkets are a testimony to the experience of building or renovating with A. P. Whitaker & Sons, Inc.

Experienced project managers, capable office staff and highly skilled crews, along with excellent financial stability and full bonding capacity, help the company continue the reputation it enjoys today.

Whether you require a competitive bid or construction management for a new building, addition or renovation, A. P. Whitaker & Sons, Inc., can provide all your construction needs.
