Simpson Construction Co.

Simpson Construction Co. is a long-established firm, having engaged in general contracting work in Chicago and other parts of the country for over 150 years. We were established in Boston, MA in 1869, and branched out to Chicago in 1884. The Chicago branch was first incorporated in Illinois in 1901. The current management represents the third and fourth generation of the same family to head the firm continuously for the past 118 years. The firm has a long history of constructing public works contracts in and around the City of Chicago. Our experience has included schools, libraries, hospitals, pumping stations, electrical yards, park facilities, city halls, detention facilities, public works maintenance yards, swimming pools, and various interior renovations. We typically perform rough and finish carpentry, hand demolition and survey work with our own crews. We maintain a full warehouse and workshop at our Bellwood location.
