Scope Of Work
Van Winkle Construction constructed a 20,000 square foot clubhouse at the new golf course located at Crabapple near Woodstock. The project includes the Men’s Grill, men’s and women’s locker rooms, dining facility, Pro Shop, modern kitchen, cart barn, outdoor dining and other amenities.
The interior and exterior finishes were selected to last a lifetime, with Brazilian walnut flooring, granite and slate floors, exposed hand-hewn, reconditioned beams and mahogany wood windows. Van Winkle worked to secure the supplier of the fieldstone.
