Since it was founded in 1987, The Conlan Company has grown from a small commercial contractor headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia to a national contracting firm with additional offices in Dallas, Texas and Jacksonville, Florida, licensed from the East Coast to California.

Chief Executive Officer Gary Condron, based in the Jacksonville office, is responsible for executive management and marketing for the company. Kevin Turpin, the company’s President, oversees company operations from the Atlanta office. The pre-construction and construction phases of Conlan projects are supervised by seasoned managers and superintendents who bring a high level of attention and expertise to each project. This successful combination has made The Conlan Company a nationally recognized commercial contractor and a leader in light industrial construction.

The Conlan Company focuses on quality construction in the $1 million to $125 million range in the areas of new construction and expansions/additions. Our Interiors Group focuses on projects ranging from $10,000 minor renovations to $30+ million major tenant finishes/renovations. We have the depth of resources and desire to travel the country to serve our clients' construction needs.
