Advanced Commercial Contractors, Inc. is owned and operated by Wayne Holley. A native Floridian, Wayne literally "grew up" with construction, his father and grandfather both being contractors and developers before him. He was born in Tampa, FL and graduated high school in Clearwater, FL before moving to Central Florida in 1968. There he worked with his father building and operating apartments in the Orlando area. Construction was now fully "running in his veins" and at age 21 (minimum age required by law), he sat for the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board exams for General Contractor. That is the highest construction license awarded by the State and is unlimited in scope. Having passed the examination on the first try, he was on his way to his dreams.

His father retired in 1978, and since then Wayne has increased his knowledge and skills in the employment of others and as sole proprietor and partner in other construction businesses from custom home building, new commercial construction, commercial and industrial remodeling, demolition and historical preservation.

ACC is a small & agile construction firm. We don't solicit work we aren't ready and willing to devote our utmost attention to. We don't "overbook" our projects. You can rest assured that if you sign a contract with ACC that you will receive our undivided attention.
