Scope Of Work
This project involved the relocation of PVHMC's existing Direct Observation Unit (Med. Surg. Unit Function) from the 2nd floor north to the 3rd floor south, and the subsequent conversion of the existing Definitive Observation Unit space into a new 12-bed ICU section. The project involved approximately 15,000 total sf of remodel space, in the Original Building Tower, built in 1972. The state's District Structural Engineer required epoxy injected treatment for the entire floor due to the existing slab condition.
