Scope Of Work

Occupying 20,383 square feet on the mixed use Thunderbird Commons campus, Pinnacle Surgery Center is one of the six buildings in the medical, office, retail development. Homes & Son was selected to provide general construction services for this 10-acre site. Phase 2 consisting of four buildings was completed December 2006. The remaining two buildings will be complete in the future. Pinnacle Surgery Center is located in the back of the property.

The doors of Pinnacle Surgery Center welcome you with the soft sound of a 15-foot custom designed waterfall. Other upgraded features include granite countertops, stone veneer columns, and oversized ceramic tile. The waiting room décor helps relax and soothe patients during their visits. Homes & Son coordinated the installation of nurse call stations and all operating room equipment. The surgery center provides service for up to 7 operating rooms, 16 recovery rooms, a meeting room, spacious staff lounge, locker rooms for both men and women, 3 nurses stations, multiple public restrooms, and office for the Director of Nursing, administrative offices, and purchasing offices.
