Scope Of Work
Oatey’s corporate headquarters had its grand opening in October 2016. This grand opening was not the only event to be celebrated, as it was also their 100th year in business.
Donley’s served as the CM at Risk for the new building, located on Emerald Parkway Drive in Cleveland, Ohio. The building was designed by Vocon to help foster collaboration, efficiency, and innovation. The 2-story, 54,000 sq. ft. facility includes a 2,800 sq.ft. patio on the second floor.
This project was constructed to meet the ASHRAE Standard 189.1 Standard for the Design of High Performance, or a minimum certified level of LEED certification.
The project came in on time and on budget.
