March Associates Construction, Inc. acts as a true partner with owners and developers throughout the various stages of the construction process.  We analyze the potential property to determine feasibility of a project based on the availability of materials, labor and how certain techniques will affect specific property management tasks once the building is complete.

We also handle inspections and serve as a liaison with appropriate lending institutions to facilitate construction financing by preparing project schedules, costs, estimates, construction draw-down schedules and other required information.  In addition, we meet with the lending representatives on-site for monthly requisitions.  Finally, we provide input on the best professional team to be retained by the owner to work with on pre-construction items.

Since we’ve completed more than one million square feet of interior construction for commercial and industrial tenants, we can be a great asset for an owner.  We can simplify the leasing process and motivate potential tenants by evaluating the level of interior construction costs for both tenant and landlord, supervising that construction and obtaining the necessary certificate of occupancy when all the work is completed.
