Scope Of Work
The first phase of the Augusta Country Club renovations consisted of renovating the 1st Floor (Upper Level) ballroom, entry, foyer, bathrooms and other minor areas. The scope included interior renovations only with minor layout changes and mainly cosmetic work.
Phase two construction consisted of a complete ground floor (Lower Level) demolition and renovation that included a new mixed grill, men’s grill, bar, kitchen and locker room. The scope also included an addition to create the fitness area and an addition to the pro shop.
The final phase of work at the Augusta Country Club involved the addition of brand new pool facilities and the modification of the existing pool facilities. R. W. Allen completely removed the existing pool deck and copings around the Olympic size swimming pool. New scuppers and coping were installed and the new pool deck was re-poured. In conjunction with the modifications, we installed a new zero entry kiddie pool and interactive water features along with all new hardscapes and landscaping.
