We strive to meet this goal in order to provide our customers with the confidence that their building is in the best of hands, and the knowledge that their wishes are our #1 priority.

General Maintenance and Engineering Company has been a staple in the Central Ohio Construction Community since the 1930’s. The company was incorporated in the State of Ohio on November 26, 1934 and has expanded to embrace complete industrial and commercial building maintenance. Our office is located in the heart of Columbus and has been in the same location since 1941.

Experience

Longevity and consistency is our experience. Our executive management is a third generation family member who utilizes all of the knowledge and experience that has been passed down through the generations. Field supervision and foreman all consist of employees who have been part of the General Maintenance & Engineering Company family for 25 plus years.
