Jeanette oversees the company’s departments and works with department leads to ensure they have the resources needed to excel. Jeanette earned a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law.

Joseph F. Fasone, Senior Construction Manager, has over 30 years of field experience that covers a wide spectrum of areas including Class A construction as a Union Carpenter, earthquake retrofit specialist, structural repair, industrial, commercial and residential construction. Joe’s dedication to quality craftsmanship & exceeding customer’s expectations have been commended throughout his career.

Ryan is a seasoned project manager/ estimator with 15years of field experience. He has been working with the company full time since 2001 and has transitioned to the office since leaving the field full time. Ryan works directly with the client and also his field crew creating a single point of contact. This creates seamless communication from the client all the way down to the field crew. With Ryan’s field experience, he is able to bring cost effective and timely solutions to problems encountered in the field, eliminating costly delays to the project and keeping on schedule.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California State University of Long Beach. Brian’s role helps ensure the timely completion of project tasks throughout all stages of construction.

Nick has been with Fasone Construction since 1997 in which time he has gained essential knowledge and now heads Field operations including Safety, Procurement, Human Resources, Logistics and Scheduling.

Leo Vargas, Design and Project Management Lead, has been with Fasone Construction for over 3 years.  Leo received a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and oversees the design department. He currently also leads the project management team to ensure project documentation is completed on-time and all projects are completed seamlessly.

Liz Gonzalez-Fasone, General Manager, has been with the company since 2007. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Post Graduate studies in Business Management from University of California, Los Angeles, Liz has implemented important processes to enhance the company’s ability to excel. Liz’s role within the company is to provide overall support to the team as it continues to grow

Andrea Navarrete Garrido, Business Development & Design Executive, with over 8 years in business networking, development & over 15 years of interior design experience in residential & commercial. Andrea’s role within the company it to prioritize & assist in acquiring new customers and sell services to existing ones.  With the company's ambition to expand and diversify its clientele Andrea takes the lead and Identifies trend setter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements along with locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities of Business growth. Andrea also assists with implementing design ideas to potential projects, coordinated design consultation and project walk through for bid proposals.
