Scope Of Work
The construction of a two story, 32,750 sf Medical Office Building located next to Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg, VA. This concrete tilt-wall constructed facility will include a new cancer center and other clinical spaces which will support the Doctors working at the hospital. The exterior of the medical Arts Pavilion has been designed to match the existing hospital making the new building look like an extension of the existing facility.
