Scope Of Work
This $1.4M project entailed the complete gut demolition of 8900sf of existing nightclub and the new fit-out of this authentic Irish pub. The scope of work included the removal of all interior partitions and finishes, portions of slab and a loading dock. Renovations included new bathrooms, 1500sf of kitchen space and 5500sf of dining and bar area. The challenges that existed during this project involved the need to coordinate all work with Fenway and the busy construction atmosphere on Lansdowne. The House of Blues, a neighbor to The Lansdowne Pub was under construction at the same time which meant that parking, debris removal and general use of the street was constantly shifting. Delta completed this project in 11 weeks.
